'The location of the hotel is a perfect area. Close the Camden Yards, Babe Ruth’s museum, and the Raven’s stadium. The atmosphere was very pleasant from the staff and the area around it. There is 2 sports bars right there to eat at. The staff that we come in contact with very nice, helpful and always had a smile on their face. We actually loved the location and will recommend it to friends. BUT we did run into issues with our stay from a weds to Sunday and we knew that housekeeping comes...

The Hilton staff, from reception to cleaning service, were exceptionally accommodating and friendly. I would like to single out Mo ( Mohammad ) at the registration desk for being so helpful and friendly. Thank you.'

'The lady at check in was great the man at night very lazy and unhelpful i was having issues getting the text to get my car when needed and he was zero help he was busy watching a show on his phone. The bed was comfortable but the hotel itself was very loud '
