Habitación súper moderna, espaciosa, limpia y con todas las comodidades. Y lo mejor de todo, las atenciones de Stefy y Bepe (los propietarios), siempre atentos y dispuestos para hacer que la estancia sea lo más placentera. 'Nadat er wat mis was gegaan met de reservering was het personeel zeer behulpzaam bij het oplossen van het probleem. Het hotel ligt fantastisch mooi tegen het Comomeer aan en de boot stopt voor de deur zodat je de eigen auto niet nodig hebt. 'The hotel is situated 10 minutes walking from the como lakesite. Our hotelroom (3.03) has lakeview and balcony. The room was large, the bed was good, but the decoration of the room was not modern and the chairs on the balcony are not comfortable. The BEST part of our staying in the hotel, was the bar/restaurant were Antonello is the managing director. 'Beautiful room with luxurious views of Lake Como. Only cons is the lack of walkability and I didn’t enjoy the food at the restaurant. But overall the staff were very accommodating and made it even more special celebration with a beautiful and tasty cake, champagne, and balloons with their birthday package. I loved waking up to the balcony views and the heated pool that I could enjoy even in October weather! Would definitely stay at this hotel again if I return to Lake Como. '
