3rd floor: One bedroom on the north side with two single beds (90 cm x 2 cm) and storage. An apartment on the top floor is available for rent at an additional cost. It comprises an entrance hall, a living room with an open-plan kitchen equipped with a mini-fridge, a two-burner electric hob, a microwave, and small appliances; a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm); and a shower room.

The property is located less than 300 meters from Foncillon Beach, the Palais des Congrès (Convention Center), and the Royan marina, and 500 meters from Royan town center.
