It’s close to local shops, the Royan market, and just steps from Pontaillac beach—offering kids’ clubs, surfing, paddleboarding, and bodyboarding—as well as lively terraces and the casino. The villa features two spacious terraces, one shaded by majestic oak trees, and a fully enclosed garden ideal for relaxing.

The entire villa is yours to enjoy with complete freedom. Upon arrival, two private parking spaces are available in the driveway beside the house. Please note: the garage and a small room are reserved for our personal belongings.
