'Excellent across the board.'

'Promptness at work and also handling of each and very individual enquiry with utmost care requirements were missing and reminders were required to be placed to get anything done. Overall a great experience but this could be improved. Luxury hotel stays aren’t the same as they were back in the nineties or early 2000. Maybe it’s just me but this is what I felt. '

'Spent 6 nights at the crown plaza, this was my 3rd stay at this hotel. Rooms were ok but the beds were terrible and uncomfortable. Also there were food stains and rips on the bedding. Food was good and plenty to eat for everyone. Service was very slow and often found myself wait just to get a simple cup of coffee. My biggest complaint was the room cards. Every time I stepped out and then came back my card stopped working. Every day at least 3 times I had to go to reception to get my key card...

'We had a wonderful stay for 3 nights at the Sheraton Grand Bund Garden, Pune. It's a awesome hotel with first-class facilities and services. The staff were very friendly and nice, they came to pick us up from Pune airport with a short notice and no extra charges for it. 'It's a decent hotel especially if you are traveling with family / children. The breakfast spread is repeated, but overall nothing much to complain about. The staff is polite and courteous. Clean and non-fussy place for a short stay in Pune.'

'Great location and friendly service! The location was excellent, with several cafés and restaurants within easy walking distance. On-site parking was free, which was a nice bonus, although the parking area was a bit tight. The valet, front desk, and housekeeping staff were all very friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.'
