Blaming me with a rude attitude at the entrance of the breakfast room for a mistake made by reception is far from what I would call customer-friendly.'

She met us outside of the square and ushered us in so that we could unload our luggage in the square, then led us to our parking area just outside of the square. She gave us great recommendations on restaurants and tried to help us out with someone to assist my elderly parents once we left them. Laura was fantastic. Thanks Laura!

'You can't beat the location of this property - it is in the heart of Old Town's square with all the restaurants, shops, and bars. Alex was a fantastic host who took the time to show us where to park and all the pertinent details of the apartment. I wouldn't recommend having a car while staying here because parking was far away, and expensive. However, I would recommend staying in this apartment. The location is perfect for sightseeing and the host company is very personable and organized.'

A Polish friend of mine contacted the hotel, spoke with someone and they kindly said no problem, just to let them know when I would be arriving. On my day of check in, I contacted Wojtek to let him know my train had mechanical issues and I was running late. He said no problem. Then once I did get to Warsaw there was an accident near...

'Fantastic hotel in the Heart of Warsaw. There isn't much parking space at location (as also stated when booking the venue), but the staff did everything to help find a good spot and make it fit. The beds slept even better than the one at home and the room (executive) was spacious and had everything one could need (including mouth masks and desinfection gel).'
