'What makes Leonor special is the service. Staff is very friendly. From check in to check out you are taken care of, always with a smile. Food is delicious, bar is inviting and cozy. Room is modern and bed is so comfortable. We also used their parking, very handy. Don't even look further, this is the place to stay in Strasbourg. We will certainly be back! '

'The hotel has a beautiful old entrance and is situated right outside of the city center close to a parking garage. The breakfast selection was big and you could also order eggs or waffles.
We even got a free upgrade from classic to deluxe.
The only downside of the hotel would be the shower. It is a bath/shower combination so the shower is quite low and not as convenient as a regular shower. '

Petit France and cathedral and all the shopping streets are easily walkable.
Breakfast has unique make your own juice section and the food was amazing. A lot of local specialties of offer.
The room was really comfortable with excellent bathroom and shower.
There is also a fridge.
Bed was a bit smallish.
All in all an excellent boutique hotel.

'Our check in process was great. We arrived at 10am and they gladly held our luggage until check. This is very convenient to the main train station but not so close that you have the train station problems. A perfect mix'

'Het hotel ligt midden in Petit-France, het historische gedeelte van Straatsburg. Perfect gelegen voor het verkennen van de stad. We kregen bij aankomst een gratis upgrade naar een mooiere kamer. prima. Het hotel was netjes verzorgd en het ontbijt was naar Franse maatstaf best uitgebreid. De ontbijtzaal is niet te groot.'

'The hotel is right in the heart of the old town. Surrounded by shopping, dining, and sights like the cathedral. The room was very spacious and nice. We only stayed one night so we didn't try out the kitchen at all.'
'Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De hotelkamer is schoon en zag er sfeervol uit. Douchen kan alleen in bad. Hotel ligt aan de rand van het centrum en daardoor heb je geen last van het lawaai. Zeker een hotel waar wij terug zouden komen. '

Breakfast is good and delicious in the fancy breakfast room. Nice staff (housekeeping as well as at the reception). Free Parking at the front (or behind) of the hotel. Public transport is around the corner. '

'Fine stay in a junior suite. The remark at checkin that an upgrade we were entitled to was not available and then was compensated with a free drink was a kind of cheapo. Some, minor, things we missed we will comuncate with the hotel other then there was no climate control in the room. The heath was on or off, Regulating the temperature by opening or closing the windows while heavy roadworks are going on is no picnic. But then again it was compensated with another free drink😉. Luckily not all...

"Hotel is advertised with valet parking, but there is none. They have 7 parking spots and then you have to drive to the nearby parking garage. Walking with your big suitcases through the city. Not 5 star worthey. And the garage is only suitible for smaller cars. I booked 3 nights and had to go in and out the garage 12 time, damaging 3 of my wheels wich will cost me serious money to repair. So all the platforms and websites stop advertising this hotel with valet parking, there is none. 4 star hotel max. The food in the restaurant was not 5 star hotel restaurant worthy. Room was good and clean."

"What I loved most about the place is very friendly and helpful staff. I got a welcome present for the holiday season and there was mulled wine available 24/7 at the reception. With windows closed, the noise from the railway is practically unperceivable. It was nice to have a kitchen as well. The installations, however, need renovation and refurbishment and the rooms could be cosier and more welcoming as they currently feel like a dorm or a hospital. All in all, a fair price-quality relationship and it's also well situated, so can recommend."
