'We spent a week and with my family. The welcome by Manolo the manager was very lovely and the location is perfect to have access to the center of the village. The poor maintenance of the pool and the kids playgrounds limited the use of it, which was one of the reason for us to stay. The room is ok with poor maintenance of shower or toilet. '

'Very lovely hotel, located very centrally in Segovia. Parking was easy and hotel was bigger than we expected. Nice decor, historic building. Felt like a maze sometimes. Staff was very kind and helpful, spoke good enough English. Lobby offered free welcome drinks and some sweets. The room was fine, spacious enough and clean. We were disappointed to get two single bed instead of the double that we requested. No separate shower in the superior room, only shower in bathtub, did have a separate...
