'I stayed in this hotel room and it was ridiculously hot to the point of being unbearable. The air conditioning either didn’t work or was completely ineffective, and the room felt like a sauna all night. I wasn’t able to sleep at all, which completely ruined my stay. For the price I paid, this is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here until they fix their temperature control issues.'

'Staff were great! Room was a terrific size and the bathroom was stellar. Parking was free. There was no breakfast, but the pub downstairs had games and entertainment. It was summer and quite hot so the windows had to be open resulting in a few spiders making their way in, but that would be expected honestly. I would absolutely stay here again!'

'The breakfast was very poor. We got down for breakfast around 9am and there was nothing useful left to eat. We raised this with the staff and they confirmed, despite a cold breakfast offering, they ran out of pastries. Only 1 pot of yoghurt was left for a family of 3, handful of slices of bread, we had to request hot water for Tea (can’t be that cold of a breakfast!), the juice ran out and only 1 apple was left. It was really dire.

'Hotel was nice but there was no air in the room and so was very hot. The power went off a few times and there was no hot water when I went to take a shower. The back of the hotel gardens were extremely pretty and people were hanging out having no a glass of wine and/or reading a book.'

'Fantastic staff, rooms are decorated and furnished to a very high standard, really clean and with lovely touches. Regrettably, the sound proofing is very poor and most movements between and outside rooms and car park, can be heard leading to an interrupted night’s sleep. If we hadn’t stayed before, based on this visit, we wouldn’t stay again but as we had such a good stay the first time, we’d stay again, just not in this particular room.'
