This cabin is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom space with a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living area. There is a beautiful kitchen, and full laundry area. 



There is a quiet space on the front deck to enjoy the forest and your morning cup of coffee, and a grill on the back deck for your favorite grilling needs!



Only about 8-10 minutes to Midtown shopping, dining, and fun. Less than 10 miles to the base of the Ski Run Rd, which will take you to the Ski Resort. 15 minutes away from the Inn of the Mountain Gods fine dining, entertainment, and casino.

Great place to escape
The cabin was really clean, although the disinfectant smell was a bit overwhelming at first. The kitchen is well stocked for basic meal prep. The cabin is at the end of the street so was quiet, but it is still close enough to the main road so there is some traffic noise while sitting outside. I would recommend this place and would stay here again if I'm in the Ruidoso area!

We had a great time, the cabin was perfect. Only issue we had was could not figure out how to work the TV. Needed a code or something. And also needed sheets for the sofa bed. Otherwise the 4 of us had a great time and loved the cabin. It was just like the pictures online.

Stay at Ruidoso cabin
Loved the cabin, but could not get a hold of property manager. Did not provide the code for the door to get into cabin, I had to guess until I remembered my previous stay with VRBO in another place, also the direction ping for the location was wrong and I had to use Google maps to get us there. Overall I loved the stay at the cabin once the minor problems was solved. The cabin had everything we needed and all appliances were new and again could not say enough how we loved staying there. Just minor hickups at start.

Great location and was clean inside, but the AC doesn’t work call the rental company no-one ever came out, it’s fine at night but during the day it gets up to 90’s so it gets pretty toasty in there.

about our Cabin
The cabin was nice and clean, but very HOT! The "mini-Split air conditioner" WAS NOT working correctly. The air it blew was luke warm, not cool at all. My son has them at his work and it cools very well and blows cool or cold air. A restaurant in Ruidoso had them as well and it was just the right temperature in there. The first night we did not get much sleep as it was over 80 degrees in there. We had no instructions on how to work the TV but finally got a movie to watch. The large rug under the coffee table needs fixing as it was sticking up on the edge and easy to trip on. Other that that we really liked the cabin. Would be nice if you would get the air conditioning working properly. Thank you, Nathan, Barbara, and Scott

Forest Cabin
For the most part the cabin was great. It was listed as air conditioned, but the units did not work that great. With very hot days it got pretty hot in the cabin. Fortunately it did rain some and the weather cooled off so it was more bearable inside. All in all the cabin was a good place to stay. It is at the end of the road so we saw lots of elk!

Muy bonita la cabaña, excelente ubicacion y comodidad, muy tranquilo, el unico punto a cuidar es la limpieza de las sabanas y sobrecamas, pero lo demas, excelente, no habia que preocuparse por nada, definitivamente si volvemos a rentarla
