  • Een mooie hut in het bos, NMMPC (New Mexico Mountain Pines Cabin) is een geweldige plek voor rust en ontspanning! Dit huis met 3 slaapkamers is 1350 m² en ligt op een afgelegen terrein met een prachtig uitzicht op de vallei. De moderne en toch rustieke meubels in dit huis geven het die gezellige uitstraling; compleet met een prachtige stenen open haard. Parkeer in de carport voor gemakkelijke toegang in en uit het huis. Grill op het achterdek of geniet in de hot tub en geniet van het landschap en de geluiden om je heen. NMMPC heeft ruimte voor iedereen!

    Ruidoso, Alto en omliggende gebieden: Omring jezelf met de torenhoge dennen van Lincoln County en de plaatselijke fauna zoals elanden, muilezelherten, wilde paarden, Turkije, vogels en meer. Of u nu het Land van Betovering bezoekt voor de hellingen van Ski Apache, de sensatie van live paardenraces op Ruidoso Downs Racetrack, of gamen in een van onze 3 casino's ... deze hut is de perfecte rustplaats voor uw uitje in New Mexico! Plan uw dag koesteren in de stilte van ons nationale bos tijdens het wandelen, fietsen of vissen. Pak je clubs en breng de dag door op een van onze meerdere golfbanen; je zult blij zijn dat je een pauze hebt genomen uit de betonnen jungle.

    Cabine is voorzien van standaard kabel- of satelliettelevisie, koffiepot of K-cup, kookgerei, propaangasgrill (propaan meegeleverd), wasmachine en droger, handdoeken en beddengoed voor gasten en verwarming voor de winter. We raden gasten aan om in de wintermaanden toegang te hebben tot kettingen en / of vierwielaandrijving.

Over all it was a nice peacefull stay but the toilets had problems flushing, the living room tv had slow service, and the middle bedroom TV would not work at all and the pictures of the surrounding area around the cabin were not up to date there was really no trees around the back property it just looked bare and not like the photos on the website but we would probably still stay again besides a that is was quite and a relaxing stay

Loved our stay

The cabin is perfectly outside of the city located in a national park but only minutes from downtown. Would stay here again!

pleasant winter getaway

We enjoyed feeling more remote but being 10 minutes from downtown Ruidoso, soaking in the hot tub, & very comfortable accommodations. This was a relaxing stay. Thanks!

Beautiful relaxing stay. Lovely furnishings and comfy beds. Nice to have a carport for vehicles. Quiet area with lots of wildlife around. Enjoyed sitting on the deck. An alarm kept going off but mgt worked quickly to fix the issue. The road up to the cabin was winding and a bit rough. Host was excellent. Would stay here again.

Great location and well stocked!

We enjoyed our stay! The home was clean, well stocked and great location. Beautiful views from the back deck and hot tub watching the local wildlife. When we first arrived we could not get the fireplace to light and they immediately sent a maintenance man over to take care of it for us. Very happy with their responsiveness!

Hummingbird

We had a lovely stay at this property. The owners were responsive and the house was more spacious than we envisioned. The deck area is beautiful - we had some issues with the smoke detectors running out of batteries in the middle of the night, but otherwise no complaints.

Pine Mountain oasis

We woke up to woodpeckers, birds singing, mule deer passing through, and a hot tub. Who needs more than that? We felt at peace with nature yet only minutes away from everything. Family truly enjoyed everything in the area. Thank you

Very nice cabin in quiet neighborhood, but make sure you read the fine print with regard to disarming the alarm system after gaining entry.

Peaceful place in the country

Stay was just what we needed to get away from the city. Cabin had everything we needed. We had some issues getting the fireplace lighted and called maintenance. A man came out in 15 minutes and had it lit for us! Property was well maintained and hot tub very clean. The best part of the stay was seeing the wild horses and deer that roamed in the backyard!

Over all this is a nice place to stay. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable with quality bedding. The extra amenities in the bathrooms were very much appreciated. But, we did have issues. I rented this property because of the hot tub. We didn’t get what we paid for. The hot tub was broken and I reported it on Friday when we arrived and was told someone would be there to look at it on Saturday. When I didn’t hear anything by noon on Saturday I reached out again to management and was told somebody would be there on Saturday. At 6pm I sent another texted to management and never got a reply. I am pretty upset by the way management handled this situation. Also, the TV in bedroom 1 wouldn’t connect to WiFi, the door wouldn’t shut and lock and the closet doors in bedroom 1 were broken. Usually these minor things wouldn’t be a big deal but when my complaint about the hot tub went unanswered, the little stuff began to bother me. I have never had a VRBO property management flat out lie to me before. I’m not happy and will not rent any property that is managed by this company.

Dust bucket

The house is nice and accommodating. There are some housekeeping issues though. We had issues with the toilet in the guest bathroom backing up. We had to plunge multiple times and we were afraid that it would back up every time we used it. The toilets were filthy with black under rim and impressive toilet ring. The view is nice but the windows are so dirty it was hard to see out of them. The tree behind the master bed was laden with dust. Smoke alarm was missing, The vents in the bathroom were so clogged with dust that the vents didn't even draw air. The hot tub was nice and clean and we enjoyed that. We were disappointed that the exorbitant cleaning and service fees did not reflect in the cleanliness of the property. We usually do not complain but we hope that these issues can be rectified. The towels offered to us were thin and frayed. I hope this feedback helps with the future upkeep of this property.

enjoyed the stay , enjoyed the property , always felt safe. The one item that was a little rough was the hot tub , the hot tub cover was falling apart , and so very heavy , we had to leave the cover half way on the tub while we were in it because it had broken apart , and as girls we were not strong enough to lift it back on if we had taken it off completely , other than that the stay was enjoyable !!

Nice and Cozy Cabin

Cabin was everything we needed and wanted, not as secluded as we wanted though. We watched some wildlife, hummingbirds but the family of woodpeckers kept the noise level up all day. Hot tub cover was very difficult to manage, so gave up on that. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Wonderful getaway experience

Great, private location. We enjoyed the deck and watching all the wildlife- deer, hummingbirds especially. Also got to do some star gazing on a clear night. Very clean house and well stocked kitchen.
