  • Speciale tarieven voor januari en februari. We hebben alle voorzieningen voor het hele gezin. Ideaal voor vakantie, familiebijeenkomsten en grote gezinnen. We staan centraal in Ruidoso op de weg naar de Inn of the Mountain Gods.

    Dicht bij winkelen. Een van de weinige accommodaties in Ruidoso die het hele jaar door gemakkelijk te bereiken is.

    Aparte vertrekken perfect als een master suite, met een eigen kitchenette, een woonkamer en een complete badkamer. Heeft ook twee elektrische open haarden en opent naar de serene rivier instelling in de achtertuin. Het tuinhuisje ligt naast de rivier en biedt plaats aan iedereen. Een vuurplaats voor het roosteren van marshmallows of een rustige avond met een glas wijn.

    Breng het hele gezin mee of geniet er gewoon van als je eigen privé-retraite.

We love this property. It has a lot of room for everyone to play games, relax, and just enjoy each other. The backyard with the river is absolutely beautiful. I love it because there’s not a lot of steps it’s close to shopping and it’s within walking distance to fun trackers for the kids. This is our second year to stay here and our plan is just to keep returning to this property, thank you so much for everything.

Third visit

This was our third stay at this property. There’s plenty of room for the whole family to spread out and relax. The kids love the playroom, and the backyard is perfect for unwinding and spending quality time together.

Great Family Getaway

Perfect Spot for a Long Weekend

The house was very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is very well equipped for cooking. There are many entertainment options at the house (games, movies, TVs, fire pit) and it is located close to town and the casino. We would definitely stay again.

Family Fun

We love staying at this property. It is perfect for family reunions. There is space for game night, a picnic table outdoors that accommodates the entire family, and is in walking distance of the go-cart, mini-golf and arcade next door. We will be back!

Thanksgiving getaway

We had an amazing time with family! The house was well equipped and large enough for our group. The game room was a huge hit and so was the firepit/outdoor area.

Everything worked out great for our family. This is a great venue for families. Lots of comfortable space. A room for the kids to play and a really nice out door space. Ruidoso is 90% uneffected by the floods so go and enjoy.

This was a great house. It was clean and well appointed with a great location. My family enjoyed plenty of private sleeping spaces along with great common areas. The house backs up to the creek which was beautiful and fun to fish in and the amusement park is literally next door so my kids could walk back and forth. It was the best of both worlds for a fun family vacation. The host was great and we will definitely be back.

Home away from home

This was our second time staying here, we love it! Nice just to relax with the family. The river is amazing. We love the decor and the house is centrally located. Everything we needed was 5-8 minutes away. We will be back again 😁

River House

Very beautiful home, very clean, spacious, great for a family getaway. Close to stores in case you forget something. We loved the creek in the back yard and roasting marshmallows near the creek. Great house. Host was very attentive when we had a question. I would rent this one again.

Unique, good mountain home

It’s a very unique house that worked great for my family of 6 and a family of 4. The kids loved the creek and the game room. The parents loved how close everything was to the house and how big the house was. It’s a great mountain escape house and the owner was very responsive and helpful with our couple of questions.

Beautiful Unique Home

We had a wonderful time. The home decorations are well done. Every spot has it's own unique charm. Owner is easy to get a hold of for any questions you may have. River was the best part for our family...we ate outside for as many meals as we could. We are already booking our next trip!!!

Relaxing vacation at Rio del Oso

We spent a week at this lovely, unique home. It was a perfect getaway from the August heat in most parts of the country. The house was comfortable, spacious and tastefully decorated. We loved the backyard with it's many shady spots and places to sit and listen to the river. Our 15 yr. old dog loved it and acted like a puppy while she was there. We hope to return to this home in the future.
