Ontspan in deze Ruidoso-hut met uitzicht op Sierra Blanca, de iconische berg waar deze stad omheen is gebouwd. Fantastische zonsondergangen over de bergen. Kom dan naar binnen om te genieten van een warm vuur rond de open haard. Minuten van al het plezier en winkelen in de binnenstad dat Ruidoso te bieden heeft. Het hele jaar door toegankelijk op alle verharde wegen. Central AC voor zomerplezier. Uitzicht op de bergtop Sierra Blanca is moeilijk te vinden. Hier zijn ze slechts een blik uit de patiodeur, of een wandeling naar het overdekte terras.

Cozy Mountain Getaway

Our family of four enjoyed our long weekend here. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was close to shopping, restaurants, and the grocery store. The house had several seating options in the living room which made it nice to enjoy games or watching TV. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfy! We really enjoyed hanging out on the porch drinking our coffee and taking in the views!

Solitude with a View

Great location on top of the hill, which allows for great views. Very short drive to shopping and other attractions of Ruidoso. Really not much to add to what is already posted, i.e. great communication, homey, comfortable, clean, plenty of kitchen essentials, etc. Would definitely stay here again on any future trip to the area.

Great Stay

This house was located high on the end of a cul-de-sac, which provided great views of the surrounding mountains and a quiet serene atmosphere. The location is as close as you’d want to be to shopping, dining and groceries. The house itself is very clean and spacious. We had deer and humming birds at the house daily. Highly recommended for a family or couples getaway.

Beautiful, well maintained property

One of our best stays ! It is obvious that owners Jim & Michele have worked hard and put a lot of thought into the home to ensure your comfort. We loved the gas fireplace, fabulous views of snow capped mountains, and privacy on the quiet dead-end street. Ruidoso's Lighted Christmas Parade did not disappoint and we enjoyed hiking and renting a UTV to explore the Lincoln National Forest. A drive up to Ski Apache and windy point was beautiful and we saw wild horses, deer, and elk everywhere ! We also went to The Flying J Ranch's benefit dinner & show. Shopping opportunities are plentiful and we came home with several treasures from local shops. A weather tip for those from warmer climates: dress in layers and bring plenty of lotion & lip balm ! Humidity is very low and temperatures can vary wildly from the valley to the mountains and from the sunshine to the shade.

First of all Jim and Michelle provide you with much needed information you need to get around town. They make themselves available for any questions and are ready to help. The home has everything you need; it is a very lovely home, very comfortable and clean. We had a great time here, we definitely will stay again.

memorial weekend getaway

This was our first stay at this property in Ruidoso although we've rented various other properties previously. It has the feeling of being further out of town but is actually located close in. The owners have covered every detail!! The amenities were exemplary and very much appreciated. Because it was a busy weekend in town, we ate in and the kitchen was fully stocked. My favorite spot was on the deck with its' spectacular views in several directions. We hope to return. Definitely 5 star!! Thanks to owners Jim and Michele!

My family of 4 stayed for a week. Property was great for us and everything was listed accurately. We had everything we needed for a family of 4 and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to make a thanksgiving dinner. It was a very quiet property - exactly what we were looking for. Everything about the home, location and view was outstanding. From the wraparound windows looking out to a beautiful mountain range to the peacefulness of the surroundings, we had an ideal location to enjoy. Family Trip to Ruidoso - Gorgeous Mountain Views - Clean and Cozy

When we walked into The Sierra Blanca Cabin our first response was…WOW! The mountain views from the living area and deck are gorgeous! The cabin was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a week long stay for a family of four. It was fun looking at the decor around the house. We loved being at the end of a cul de sac. It was so quiet and it gave the kids an area to play in the snow. Watching the sunsets, snow, deer, and birds was so peaceful. This was a perfect place to relax. Plus there are variety of restaurants and activities close by. Michele and Jim were wonderful hosts and were quick to respond to questions. Thank you very much Michele and Jim! If we make it back to Ruidoso we would definitely stay here again!

Ruidoso Christmas VaKa

The house was just as advertised. Quiet and Quant. Located at the end of a dead end street which was wonderful to allow our children to play in the yard and drive area. The house had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, plenty of room for the whole family to relax, wonderful view of the mountains and memories where made. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials to help make our favorite meals. The location is close to everything; restaurants, children’s arcades, groceries, and shopping. The owners communicated with us throughout the whole process and made our trip stress-free. They sent us a packet that explained in detail everything we needed and things to do in Ruidoso. We definitely will return to this house on our next trip to Ruidoso.
