'Phenomenal experience all around'

'Everything was great except we didn’t have towels in our room one morning. It 30 mins for them to get them to us. That was disappointing.'

Most business hotels around the downtown area are all variations on the same boring thing design, but ZaZa offers the usual amenities in a much more original way. Nicely furnished rooms (many of them themed) and movie memorabilia make the hotel my favourite place to stay in Dallas '

'This hotel feels very new and modern, the room was spacious, clean and well-equipped. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good (if too American for my taste). Full marks, will stay here again.'

'I have stayed here several times and I am almost never disappointed. The service at the hotel (on all levels) is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that every need is met. Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'

'A bit dated'

'Parking garage is valet only $50 a day Parking on the street is $3 for 2 hours, there's a parking lot behind hotel $10 - $15 for 12 hours at a time through the same apply for street parking. Street parking is free after 6 until 7am. Outside smells like GMO weed. Breakfast was great, staff was friendly. Wifi is tricky to connect laptop to, staff didn't know how to either. Overall I was still satisfied with my stay'

'Our first time, staff was wonderful! Especially Pedro, who help us get around. The gym room was in great shape. Enjoyed our deluxe room stay. Great location to everything. Beautiful hotel and lobby area. We ate at Rodeo Bar. The staff there was also wonderful. Also a great coffee shop inside for those mornings caffeine.'

'Everything was good except for the breakfast in a box. Real plates and silverware would have been the bistro so much better.'
