'The overall stay is good. I was in need of the charge point and the front office does not have a spare one. The chair in the room is not comfortable to sit and work. Breakfast is okey. The orange juice was so sweet seems like sugar mixed a lot. Not taste as orange juice. The coffees can be better. The menu in the dinner was good. It is better to have a small fridge in the room. '

'Victoria Lodge is a fantastic place to stay...the location in the middle of Stockton Heath couldn't be more convenient for numerous pubs, restaurants, a variety of shops, Alexander Park and Walton Gardens. There are all kinds of opportunities for walks nearby (public footpaths through the Cheshire countryside, the tow path of the Bridgewater Canal and the Trans Pennine Way). Paul, the hotel owner, is incredibly accommodating and helpful, and he cooks the most amazing full English breakfast which...

'Lovely hotel, will definitely stay again'

'This place is quaint but not super welcoming. The cottage was cute but not the comfiest beds. We didn’t get a code to check in and didn’t realise the reception would be unmanned. The continental breakfast was a bit odd - self service without clear instructions. Wasn’t all put out at 8am and then a girl came and brought some more things. Had to make our own coffee. '

'A very last minute booking. Room was comfortable and clean. Only not getting full marks because - the shower wasn’t draining and the water pressure and heat in the bathroom sink was way too high. It splashed everywhere and the water was too hot too quickly. Mentioned to staff on checkout.'

'Mooie locatie in de heuvels. In de directe omgeving niks te beleven. Het was voor ons echt een auto oplaadpunt waardoor wij hier verbleven. De kamers zijn ouderwets maar wel schoon! Bed was prima.!'
