'goed inorde '

'Gewoon een hotel. Niet meer niet minder. Niks gezellig. Ontbijt was buffet, was in orde. Kamer was proper. Badkamer ruim. Maar matras was verschrikkelijk. Ook het zetelbed voor de kids lag oncomfortabel. '

'Stayed at Brockencote in early September 2026. It was a very enjoyable visit. Highly recommend for peace and quiet, friendly staff, beautiful location, safe and easy parking, short distance to many local attractions. Must do's include Harvington Hall, Warwick Castle, Kenilworth Castle, Black Country Living Museum, Worcester. It is also not too far from Cotswolds tourist sites. The staff were excellent. I would be remiss if I did not thank Tom, Josh and Angela in the bar area for their...

'Usual high standard. No issues.'

'Very nice stay indeed. Owner very helpful on a minor housekeeping issue. Breakfast is in the coffee shop on the ground floor of the building and was really nice - speaking to locals they told me this was the best breakfast place in Bewdley, without knowing I was staying there. The only thing is that this property is on a busy main road so if road noise is an issue for you bear that in mind'

'This was second visit and delighted with room, food, location and staff!'

'Like at most HIE hotels it was a pleasant stay. The staff made the effort dressing up Halloween style today. That made breakfast feisty. Room and shower were great. Restaurant and breakfast functional and more than exceptional for those who don't want to go out. '

'Personeel vriendelijk. Interieur kan beter.'

'Great pool and treatment area. Room was clean. Parking was good. Location was great as a base.'

'Leuk hotel, proper, ruimte om met de hond buiten te komen, vriendelijk. Enige minpunt, aan de balie staat dat je £4 korting krijgt wanneer je in de bar/restaurant voor £20 spendeert. Wij hebben deze korting toch niet gekregen omdat we niet op voorhand aan de receptie hadden doorgegeven dat we van deze actie wilden gebruik maken. Jammer, waarom kan dit niet rechtstreeks verrekend worden in de factuur van het hotel,'

'Excellent place. Loverly staff. Excellent food. Great accommodation . Beautiful position . Loverly location . Would highly recommend this lodge to anyone . We will definitely go back there . Thank you to all the staff very friendly and bedroom very clean .'

'Hotel is vergane glorie en heeft een upgrade nodig. 15 jaar geleden was het een fatsoenlijk 3 sterren hotel. Nu niet meer....'

'Perfectly clean and functional. Useful when visiting my university student son living in Selly Oak. Didn't partake of breakfast but Morrisons and Aldi nearby.'
