'This location absolutely delivers. I am Hilton Diamond member so please do not expect 5star hotel here, but if you are looking for a quite, centrally located, clean and friendly place, this is it! Raya - lovely front desk girl was absolutely gorgeous and helped me tremendously. Hotel did not have room available for one more night so Raya helped me find room at nearby hotel. 'This hotel is probably one of the best in Sofia! Locations is very good, all is within walking distance (then again Sofia is not that big of a city). The rooms are very spacious, the beds incredibly comfortable. Room equipped with coffeemachine and good stuffed mini bar. Bathrooms big and luxurious. Molton Brown products, als for sale. The spa is sufficient, one sauna, one steam room, a big swimming pool and one hot and one cold tub. Massages can be booked at the hotel against European prices....

'Absolutely stunning hotel, thanks so much to Michelle & the staff at reception who made our stay very memorable. City Centre is a 15-20 minute walk, but it is a very pleasant walk that we decided to do every day. Lavov Most metro is nearby and is only 1 stop to Serdika station in the city centre if you prefer this option. When we come back to Sofia we will stay at this hotel again. One of the best I have stayed in. Rooms are so comfortable and clean! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️'
