Main Living Area:

Step into a bright, open-concept great room with 9-foot ceilings and large windows offering breathtaking views of Rustico Bay. The living area features a cozy propane fireplace and a Smart TV for streaming. The chef's dream kitchen is fully equipped with a large island and a full-size fridge and freezer.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms (4 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths):

Upstairs Master Bedroom: King bed with a private ensuite bathroom featuring a shower and double sinks.

Upstairs Second Bedroom: Queen bed.

Upstairs Third Bedroom: Two Single beds.

Upstairs: One additional full bathroom.

Basement: Fourth bedroom and another full bathroom.

Main Floor: A convenient half-bathroom.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire main house and its amenities, including the hot tub, yard, and sports court.



Private Entrance: You will have a dedicated private entrance at the front of the house.

Self Check-in: Enjoy seamless self-check-in with a touchpad lock. Your unique access code will be sent to you four hours before your arrival.

Parking: Designated parking spaces will be available for your vehicles during your stay.

Nestled in a tranquil rural community, our property offers a peaceful escape just a 20-minute drive from the vibrant city of Charlottetown. Embrace the serenity of the surroundings with easy access to Rustico Bay, a short walk across a quiet road, perfect for leisurely strolls or scenic bike rides. Enjoy the best of both worlds – the tranquility of the countryside and the proximity to city amenities.



Getting Around:

Parking is available on the large paved driveway, easily accommodating 3-4 vehicles. For those arriving by air, the Charlottetown Airport (YYG) is approximately a 45-minute drive away. Public transportation options are limited in this area; therefore, a personal vehicle or taxi service is recommended for getting around.



Other Things to Note:

In-Law Suite: Please be aware that the property includes an attached 1,500 sq. ft. in-law suite. This suite has its own private entrance and no shared interior spaces with the main house. While typically vacant, our family may occasionally stay there. We are committed to respecting your privacy.

Check-in: Your unique door code for the touchpad lock will be sent to you via the booking platform four hours prior to your scheduled check-in time.

Interaction with Guests:

We highly respect our guests' privacy and aim for you to enjoy your vacation without interruption. The property includes an attached in-law suite with a separate private entrance, which our family may occasionally occupy. There are no shared interior spaces. While we will not intrude, we are accessible and can be available quickly should you need anything during your stay.
