'Excellent staff, beautiful building and decor, everything was very clean and well maintained - our room was absolutely wonderful! We ate dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and both were delicious!
Service in the bar was super friendly and the cocktails were very tasty!
The only thing I would say is that the soundproofing between our room and the bar wasn’t great, so we could hear everything. It didn’t bother us at all as we had earplugs, and it quietened down from about 10:30pm.

'Food was wonderful. Room was very clean, with a lovely tray of tea, coffee and biscuits. They have an information pack in the room that gives all relevant information. They have information available for walks in the local area. It is in the middle of nowhere, so use the restaurant if here for a night. '

'Extremely spacious and well equipped with one exception, given the unusually warm weather—no AC, some fans, and no screens on windows that do open. The garden has a knockout location right on the river and some rooms also have this gorgeous view, including the huge bathroom with freestanding tub. There are however a lot of stairs.
