Nest Loft House is a standalone 400 sq ft guest house in Rutland, VT, close to Killington Ski Resort, Pico, and the town of Rutland. This quiet loft house for two gives you your own space instead of a hotel room or shared apartment. The main level has an open living and kitchen area plus a bathroom with shower. Above, a loft holds the queen bed. It works well as a ski base, a simple home for visiting professionals, or a calm place for friends and family visiting Rutland.
Guests have Wi Fi, a smart TV, a full kitchen with full size appliances and drip Keurig, and driveway parking for one car. The main level living area has a regular sofa, coffee table, and wall mounted smart TV. It is a simple, comfortable spot to unwind, stream a movie, or check the snow report using the Wi Fi.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is compact but equipped for short stays. It includes a full size refrigerator, electric range and oven, built in microwave, dishwasher, single basin sink with pull down sprayer, basic cookware and utensils, dishes, and a drip Keurig coffee maker. You can cook breakfast before skiing, warm up leftovers from town, or keep your own groceries on hand.
Bathroom:
The bathroom has a shower only, no tub, plus a toilet, small vanity with storage, and mirror with overhead light.

Access and parking:
Guests have private access to Nest Loft House. Entry is by smart lock, and there are two steps up into the home. Driveway parking for one car is included.

House rules:
• Maximum 2 registered guests
• No parties or events
• Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am, please keep noise low and be respectful of neighbors
• No pets
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
• Not suitable for young children or anyone with mobility issues due to the steep loft stair
• No additional overnight visitors beyond the booked guests
