'Booked property through Expedia and paid for a 1 bedroom suite and received a studio. Though check in process, using their keyless app, was simple, there was no one present to discuss what I paid for vs what we received for a room. When I contacted their customer service number, there was always a human answering the line but they were not empathetic or seeking to resolve the discrepancy.'
