Om de hoek een gezellige winkelstraat in een nette buurt. Restaurants in de directe omgeving aan te lopen. Wel verplicht valet parkeren. Inclusief ontbijt niet mogelijk. Wel mogelijk in Italiaans restaurant er onder. Elke ochtend en avond wel gratis koffie/thee en pastries op de gang of lobby te verkrijgen. Vriendelijk personeel.'

'Make sure that you are assigned an uneven room number at check in! All the even number rooms face the University avenue and it is very noisy! To a point that the hotel leaves "noise reduction kit" in the rooms... Rooms are relatively small. Nice location in the heart of Palo Alto. The ratio price / quality of sleep is not what we expected, we will not return and rather book a cheaper hotel if it is to sleep above a noisy street...'
