'We found out that it was not our hotel. Around the pool it's so full with sun beds that you can barely can walk trough them. Reserve sun beds is forbidden but it happens al lot. Personal from the hotel is doing nothing about it. Also around the pool it's very noisy. The room cleaning is not so good. They forgot our room a few times. The staff is very nice and helpful, there is a lot of animation -both for kids as adults) going on, too much for my taste but it is up to you if you join. I traveled with my 5 yr old twins and it was great place, very safe, lifeguards at all pools, animation everyday (which we didn't use, but the people seemed very nice).
