The exterior of the house is a true oasis of tranquility. The 12 x 4 meter pool, with a depth of 1.25 to 2.12 meters, is complemented by an outdoor shower for added convenience. The private garden has ample spaces for games, reading, or simply relaxing in the sun. A wrap-around terrace allows you to enjoy outdoor meals, while the built-in barbecue offers the option of organizing pleasant cookouts. The combination of pool, garden, and terrace ensures hours of entertainment and relaxation under the warm Mallorcan climate.

Inside, the house stands out for its functional and cozy design. The living room with a fireplace and satellite TV is located next to the kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, making it easy to prepare meals while staying connected with the rest of the family or friends. It has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with 1 single bed each, and two full bathrooms with a bathtub, all designed for comfortable and practical accommodation. The air conditioning in the living room guarantees coolness during the warmest days. Additionally, there is a cot and high chair and a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

The property is a home away from your home, with a rustic and very charming atmosphere in one of the best areas of Mallorca. Don't go on vacation just anywhere – make your vacation an unforgettable experience! In just a 20-minute drive, you can reach Ses Casetes des Capellans and Ca’n Picafort. Spend a day on the sandy beach and enjoy a cocktail admiring the sunset. In the area, there are good restaurants to eat paella and enjoy stunning views. Furthermore, you can also go to the lively Can Picafort promenade, which contrasts with the tranquility of the Playas de Muro (Muro Beaches). We also recommend the areas of Port d'Alcúdia and Pollença.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
