NEW Picturesque house with swimming pool and barbecue

A charming villa located in a relaxing setting in Crestatx, in the north of the island, just a few kilometers by car from the beautiful towns of Alcudia and Pollença. It offers all the amenities for 6 people, including a private pool, a large garden, and a barbecue area.



Outside this beautiful property, you'll find an ideal place to spend your holidays and enjoy the 9m long by 4m wide pool with a depth of 1m to 2.20m.

You can enjoy the sun on the sun loungers available and enjoy delicious lunches and dinners cooked in the outdoor kitchen, which features an induction stove, refrigerator, and gas barbecue (the wood-burning oven is not available). The outdoor area also includes a restroom, a volleyball area, gardens, and a porch where you can enjoy a good book or spend time with friends or family.



The interior, featuring a modern and simple style, is distributed on a single floor with air conditioning in all rooms. The living-dining room has a Smart TV and a table for 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and all the utensils for comfortable cooking during your stay. The house offers three bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.



The house has a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Finally, if you are traveling with a baby, we can provide a crib and a high chair.
