Nice, but expect to eat at buffet
Arvind in housekeeping was amazing as was Bharat in security with our kids. The hotel is nice, although large it can feel crowded. The restaurant reservation system is really disappointing, however the staff are really friendly and consistently go the extra mile.

Wij hebben een mooie vakantie gehad. Dit is was ook de verwachting van de Rixos hotelketen. Eten zeer goed, merkdranken, goede service en mooie kamers. Enige minpunt is het kleine en veel te drukke zwembad. Het lijkt meer een kinderbad met bar. Helaas. Voor de rest een luxe vakantie gehad.

Absolutely great hotel. It was spotless and the service and amenities fantastic. The food was outstanding and no two days the same.
A big shout out to Keenan in the diningroom he is an absolute star. He kept the same table for us, had drinks ready on arrival, his service was second to none.

Following items were broken in our room.
-Shower tray
- bed side light switch, reading light and lamp.
- plug sockets on one side of the bed
- hair dryer
The quality of finish in this hotel is more of a 4 star rather than 5 star. We were entitled to 3 free alacart restaurants however we were only able to access two as everything was fully booked. You can only book these once you get to the venue. We booked these the first hour of arrival.

Availability of restaurants very limited - having to eat in the buffet for majority of two week stay (which we cut short).
In buffet, arriving 5 minutes before food stopping being served and the chef telling a member of staff not to give my wife any food.

Do not come this hotel
The hotel is amazing, the service in the pool area also.
But expect that: the food at the hotel is not more then discussing. Maybe they have much food to choose but the quality of the food is horrible.
The office desk guys was so unkindly if I look at all the other hotels i have been in the uae.
The manager of the restaurants called bibi is a terrible guy who I won’t let him to manage a kiosk.
So the overall when I payed around 500usd per night is not worth it at all

Hôtel incroyable ! Plage magnifique et propre nous avons même pu rencontrer et nager avec des tortues sauvages. Que dire ; tout est parfait les chambres sont magnifiques et propres, le personnel est au petit soins et très respectueux ! Les nourritures ( all inclusive) sont incroyables j’ajouterai une suggestion qui serait de faire un buffet à thème de temps en temps car lorsque l’on reste longtemps les plats du buffet sont assez redondants mais bon c’est vraiment pour dire quelques choses ! Qualité des produits excellente ; service à la plage et la piscine irréprochable ; propreté des locaux nickel ! Sejour inoubliable

This was our second stay, the first time was when the hotel was just opened. Our only comment is that the food standard was lower now, and are mainly stew type meals whereas before there were sushi counters and more exciting options. Staff were friendly and attentive. Still a pleasant stay.

Anniversary night at Rixos
We stayed in Rixos, Abudhabi for 1 night. It was an amazing experience. All inclusive concept was exceptional. From Crystal in reception to Rixy kids club everything was organised well. Aqua andcwave pool for kids well maintained. Hope to visit again soon

Disappointing experience
This was our second time to stay at the premium room, we came back because we had a great experience the first time. But we were really disappointed this time for a couple of reasons:
1- my sister came to visit in order to see the room/ pools as she was planning to book later on but they didnt allow her to see our room neither to check the pool and beach area despite how much we tried with them but they were very rude with this matter!
2- on our second night i got a food poisoning and was not able to leave the room the whole day until check out.
My family and I will consider other resorts for our future bookings although we like the idea of the pool access rooms

The food is average, there is a lot of choice at the buffet but none of it was amazing. I think I expected more based on the opulence of the dining room. However, cocktails in the lobby bar were very good. The hotel setting and accommodation is fantastic.
