'The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful. The location is very central and close to the train and good restaurants. The buffet breakfast was very good and the breakfast room was nice and spacious. We very much enjoyed our stay.'

'Het hotel is behoorlijk gedateerd. Niet alle personeelsleden waren behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Wij kwamen laat in de middag aan en er werd ons verteld dat wij niet in het hotel konden dineren maar iets buiten de deus moesten zoeken, Helaas. Leken de meeste restaurants vol te zitten. 'The room was clean, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The room setup was strange with low ceilings in places due to the rafters, the narrowest staircase (with split steps) that I have ever used, and only one window in the door to the small balcony. Skylights were largely covered with snow, and noise from the next room continued until the late evening. Not exactly what I expected, so overall just okay.'
