'This was easily the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at! We left our luggage pre check in so that we could explore Zermatt, and by the time we got back our room was ready (before the checkin time) and our luggage had already been delivered to our room. We loved the use of real keys instead of key cards, it sounds silly but it was a really fun touch to the whole experience.
