'The property was perfect for what my family needed. Everything was within a 20-30 minute drive. All staff members were very friendly and attentive to our needs. 'The house was clean, cold, and comfortable. There were some issues with shower and sink leaks but they were handled immediately upon notifying the host so no problem. The back yard, pool area, and beach areas could not be beat. Breathtakingly beautiful. The rooftop tables were amazing! 'Our stay was amazing! Nelson the owner was amazing the best owner/host we could have asked for. The house was packed and stored with all that we needed to accommodate both adults and kids. The house look just as pictures. We had issues with loss of water the last two nights but nelson came with his workers and made sure the problem was resolve. He was very attentive and gave us a full itinerary of things nearby which was very helpful as well.'

'The room we had was absolutely horrible. There was an electrical plug dangling next to the shower head and There were missing outlet covers. The communication was awesome and once we told them, they understood why we were not staying there any longer. '

'Large property right across the street from the beach. Lots of activities on the property including a large pool. Bathrooms and rooms are a little outdated but in good shape. No A/C but the breeze from the ocean keeps things cool during the evening. The house is from the 50s so its older, but considering all its been through, its in good shape. Lost power on our last night there but this is a common occurrence anywhere you go in PR.'

'Beautiful place for a family vacation. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation. Good central location made it easy for us to enjoy activities from Rincon to Fajardo. Check in was a breeze. We were promptly greeted, given the keys and a tour. Beds were comfortable. 'Very spacious and comfortable. Great view of the ocean. The waves are very strong there, so it is not suitable for swimming. Nice beaches for swimming are a short drive away. Convenient location close to main roads for easy access to explore Puerto Rico.'

'Perfect location for a beautiful, mountainous nature retreat. Our group had so much fun exploring one of the mountain regions of Puerto Rico. Also with in an hour of beautiful beaches. 'This is such a wonderful property in the beautiful mountains of Puerto Rico. It was close enough to the town of Utuado that we could go grab dinner or groceries, but far enough that we felt as if we were in the middle of nowhere. So quiet and peaceful.
