'Vi stannade inte då rummet var utan fläkt och a/c och luktade kraftigt med mögel och vi hade allergiska problem. Fuktigt område med skugga i kraftigt slänt ner mot floden och mycket tät växtlighet. Hjälpsam och smidig personal som lovade oss returbetalning och förstod våra invändningar.'

'What an exceptionally beautiful hotel, set away in a magnificent rainforest.
We had a room right on a cascading creek and the sound of the water was pure magic.
There were a family of monkeys on the trees directly in front of our balcony, oblivious to us.
So much fun to observe them.
The service of the staff was exceptional and Dumi, our guide had a deep knowledge of the area and took us on some wonderful local field trips.
I cant praise Glenrock enough.

'Nous avons réservé ce logement en novembre pour février et quand nous sommes arrivés les propriétaires ne nous attendaient pas car ils n'avaient pas pris en compte notre réservation...
La chambre est bien et très propre, les repas un peu trop chers et moins bien que dans le reste des logements où nous avons séjourné.'

'The property is remote and beautifully removed from all noise and light pollution. The staff are well trained and a pleasure to interact with as they are helpful and kind.
