Thank you for your review. We do apologize about your neighbors behavior. As per your review we did respond immediately and actually separated the couple as there was an alternative unit available. I assume since you say that they kept you awake "all night", it was telephonically. We know this because we monitor access to all buildings and units 24/7 for our guests security, and the couple did not get together again during the night. If you had complained again we would once again have taken immediate action. The bathrooms in this unit were renovated in 2020 and we have had no complaints from other clients. We do renovate and upgrade on a continual basis to ensure that our standards are maintained. We have had a very pleasant December season with great reviews from other guests which can be seen on many platforms across the internet. We also have many valued return guests who really do enjoy visiting us again and again and find our accommodation to be way more than satisfactory.
