Tastefully decorated, this lovely 185 m2 house in Celeiros is the perfect retreat for guests seeking comfort, convenience, and a memorable stay.

The living room features a comfy sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favorite shows, and a dining table. The area features oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens up the space, making it even more inviting. It has access to a balcony with a magnificent view over the Douro lands.

You can also access the patio, where you can find outdoor furniture and a BBQ area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities.

The four bedrooms feature two queen beds, a double bed, and a single bed complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

Lastly, the bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels for your convenience.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The property is located in the parish of Celeiros, in the municipality of Sabrosa, district of Vila Real, Portugal. The area is known for its natural beauty and proximity to the Douro wine region. In the surrounding area, you can explore the vineyards of the Douro, famous for its terraced landscapes and wineries producing Port wine. There are also panoramic viewpoints offering breathtaking views over the Douro River and the surrounding countryside.

For outdoor enthusiasts, there are several walking trails where you can enjoy the local flora and fauna. The region also boasts historical landmarks, with churches and small villages reflecting traditional Portuguese architecture. For a broader cultural and gastronomic experience, the city of Vila Real is just a short drive away, offering museums, local restaurants, and markets.

The property is easily accessible by car.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 74-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
