'The breakfast was not consistent, but there was a wide variety. I think for being a Michelin star it should’ve had homemade pastries not store-bought. I also feel like it should’ve had a small microwave in the room and makeup wipes or makeup towel or something to clean your face with. The bedding was amazing Mattress a bit soft for our taste, but that’s a hard one to get right.'

'The building is beautiful and very charming. The room we stayed is very spacious and it was for the most part well maintained considering that is an old building. The curtain to the terrace is not well placed and has zip ties holding and some wiring. The jet tub was not very clean and barely hot water. Fully open was just luck warming and even after waiting more than the 5 min they asked (15 min). I asked the staff to change the water heater temperature as plumber, I knew what I was asking. It...

'We boekten voor één nacht een eenvoudige binnentuin-kamer, en die beviel ons prima: net voldoende ruim, en op de hoogste verdieping ook veel licht en aangenaam uitzicht. Grootste pluspunten zijn echter de uitstekende ligging (op één van de beste plekjes in dit gezellige stadje), en de heel aangename babbel met andere koppels bij de gratis aangeboden hapjes, wijn en dessert 's avonds. 'Just got home from a long weekend spent at the beautiful Hotel Bardo. From the beautiful pink and white umbrellas at the pool to the luxurious bathroom and friendly helpful staff, my group of 10 girlfriends from college loved every minute of it. It was authentic luxury not something fake or forced. Great job!'

'Nice and spacious apartment in the center of Savannah. The apartment was in the style of the city. We stayed in this apartment for four nights. We had everything we needed, except a wasmachine and drier (it will be a nice feature, not only for the people who are staying at the apartment, but also because the used towels started to smell achter few nights). The parking next to the apartment was great and save.'

'The room was beautiful and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were amazing! It was such a pleasure to stay in a historic home. We were in a very quiet area and walking to the river district or other areas of the historic district was easy and close. Private parking was a plus and great. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will certainly be back.'

'Absolutely the worst staff i have ever experienced. Front desk person (Bri) was extremely rude. The front desk was left unattended with other guests information out, valet keys sitting out, so many issues. Finally she came in from outside with a bad attitude as if we were an inconvenience. Very unhelpful, unfriendly and concerning. Then upon our return from our travel our bill was incorrect. I called to correct the overcharge and was hung up on. Worst experience ever, i will be contacting...

'Would appreciate a sign on site, and on reservation site about parking across street at city parking garage. Without a driveway or pull off in front of hotel on one way street for check in/out, it was awkward and dangerous.'

'Bed was amazing. Breakfast was good. Parking was close, but paid parking. Could have used more space for our toiletries in the bathroom (like a shelf) . Location was great, walking distance to all the hotspots.'

'The room was very spacious. More like a 1 bedroom apartment. They offered a happy hour but unfortunately we weren’t able to take advantage of it due to having other activities at the same time. Water and soda was available in the lobby. Walkable to everything. Staff friendly and helpful.'
