They (the hotel) five days after checking out have not applied my credit on my room of over $300.00. It was showing on Saturday; but, now is not showing on my card I used to pay for the room at the hotel.
I left three days early do to having the flu and the $300 for those unused days has not been applied to my card I used to pay for the room at the hotel.
The hotel is improving but they need to keep original processes in place until the new is proven and the staff knows how to work it. Example: 8 of my 13 day stay had no coffee due changing to a coffee machine that did not work and the staff were not training its operation or troubleshooting. This also had seven of 13 days with no hot water for breakfast oatmeal.
