Onlangs gerenoveerd 1950's thema historische Homestead in het centrum van Frankenmuth

Geniet van het huren van deze historische woning uit de jaren 1950 met alle moderne toeters en bellen. Er zijn 4 slaapkamers voor 11 personen comfortabel en 2 mooie, ruime badkamers (een met een jacuzzi) met in totaal 5 tv's. Gratis Wi-Fi, airconditioning / verwarming, wasmachine en droger met wasmiddel, strijkijzer en strijkplank, barbecue, beddengoed en handdoeken en haardrogers zijn slechts enkele van de aangeboden extra voorzieningen.

De keuken heeft retro-uitziende apparaten uit de jaren 1950 (met het comfort van moderne apparaten) in de traditionele babyblauwe kleuren met roze muren en zwart-witte tegelvloeren. Keuken potten, pannen, blender, crock pot, keukengerei, koffiezetapparaat, magnetron, afwasmiddel, papieren handdoeken, enz. Zijn voorzien in aanvulling op de service voor 24 personen. Het hoogste niveau heeft de master slaapkamer met kingsize bed en een tweede slaapkamer met queen.

De tweede verdieping heeft 2 slaapkamers, een uittrekbare Futon en een familie / speelkamer met tv, tafels, stoelen, games en een PlayStation. De voormalige zomerkeuken naast het huis is veranderd in een recreatieruimte, compleet met een pooltafel voor poker en bumper, een klassieke Coca-Cola-koelkast, AC / Heat en 55 inch tv.

De veranda, compleet met een ouderwetse schommel voor twee, zorgt voor geweldige mensen kijken recht op Main Street. Deze Rupprecht Homestead is slechts twee gebouwen ten zuiden van Frankenmuth River Place Shops, op minder dan 2 minuten lopen. Vijf aangewezen parkeerplaatsen bij het huis stellen u in staat om uw auto op één plaats te houden terwijl u door het prachtige centrum van Frankenmuth loopt, waarvan u zich in het hart van bevindt. Als u besluit om te rijden, is alles in de stad binnen 10 minuten rijden. De populaire Birch Run Outlet Mall ligt op ongeveer 15 minuten rijden.

Dit huis is ideaal voor gezinnen of groepen volwassenen op zoek naar een "get-a-way". Geniet van de charme van dit getransformeerde jaren 1950 huis en van Frankenmuth "Michigan's Little Bavaria" om te zien waarom het de belangrijkste toeristische bestemming is in de staat Michigan. Frankenmuth Fun

House was older, but charming. Very clean and well kept. Also great location to walk to downtown Frankenmuth which was a plus during Winterfest when driving is difficult. Only complaint might be lots of traffic even at night so it’s not real quiet to sleep. Would suggest curtains in upstairs bedrooms to help block out city lights. The blinds on the windows were not enough.

This House Was Amazing! The Pictures Does It No Justice. Adorable retro retreat

I stayed at this property with my husband, two young kids (ages 3 and 1), parents, and adult brother. Everyone had a wonderful stay and the house couldn’t have been cuter! It felt like stepping into a blast from the past with modern touches. The house was impeccably clean - my husband even commented that the coffee maker was clean (something you don’t always find in rentals). We had a minor issue with the summer kitchen TV, and Vickie addressed it very quickly. This was a great house for families of all ages - walkable to everywhere you would want to go in Frankenmuth with a whole lot of charm. We definitely plan to return!

Frankenmuth Visit

We stayed the weekend in the Rupprecht haus. We had a great time. Close enough to downtown to walk everywhere you want to go. The house was great, the kids loved it. The only drawback is the road noise is pretty loud, but didn’t keep our baby or anyone else from being able to sleep.

Once again our annual weekend visit to Frankenmuth staying at the charming Rupprecht Homestead, was an awesome experience! What a great vacation

Our whole family had a great time in Frankenmuth. The house fit everyone, we were within walking distance of a lot of great shops, restaurants, etc. Our stay was very comfortable and our host was great! We will definitely stay again!

I can't say enough good things about this home! I rented this for a group weekend with 6 adults, and everyone loved this place! On the top of my list was the cleanliness (I run a cleaning service, so am especially attuned to this), and this house was absolutely spotless. It was also very comfortable and roomy for the 6 of us, with plenty of amenities (I had forgotten shaving cream, and was delighted to find a full can in the bathroom storage); plenty of thick towels, comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen with fun retro appliances, plenty of TV's, and well-maintained grounds. If you're travelling with children, the upstairs game room or the Summer house make a great place for them to have their own space, and the yard is large enough to allow for use of the yard games supplied. The location, right on the main street of Frankenmuth put us within walking distance of almost everything, and the town is charming and picturesque enough to make walking a pleasure. You might find Bronner's Christmas store a bit of a walk, and we chose to drive there, but walked everywhere else. Additionally, the host was great about communicating during our stay. I hope you will enjoy this house as much as we did, and I really look forward to returning!
