'After being in Egypt for about a week and staying in pretty cheap accommodations on a budget trip, I can honestly say this hotel was the nicest and leaps and bounds over anywhere else I stayed. The room is huge and has a beautiful balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful and even let me stay an extra 30 minutes after the normal checkout time until my Uber to the airport. Staff were professional and welcoming. They made check-in easy. Support was available at all times. Room was comfortable and quiet. Bed was very relaxing. Breakfast was good and fresh. Service during breakfast was nice. Hotel feels safe and calm. Excellent value compared to nearby hotels. I enjoyed my stay very much.'

'We had a very nice stay. The room was brand new and very comfortable. The bed and linens are first rate. We had a lovely balcony with a direct view of the pyramids. Breakfast was bountiful and delicious and served on our balcony. The staff was very friendly and anxious to please. Someone is on site at all times. This is a very small property- 4 rooms on one floor recently converted from an apartment. There is no common area or lobby and the street entrance is dim and the elevator small...

'Top notch hotel with very accommodating staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. Beautiful bar. We asked for a balcony and got one of the few. My husband was ill and they got a doctor within an hour and meds delivered within another 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend if want to be in Heliopolis and close to airport. It is much less frantic than Cairo.'
