'Great location and quiet spot! we stayed for 3 nights with a 1 year old kid. They provided us with a playpen. AC in both room. Cleaning every day with fresh towels! We had a lot of options for food right below the apartment! We loved it! '

Het hotel ligt in een gribus maar heeft goede faciliteiten. De bedden waren perfect, maar wees voorzichtig met de gladde vloer van de douchecel. Het warme en koude ontbijtbuffet was ruim voorzien. Een eindje verder is een redelijk restaurant, maar de weg is te gevaarlijk om te lopen; neem dus de auto. '

'We stayed at this hotel 20 th march 2014 and had a great time. The service of the hotel staff was excellent. We asked for a kids seat on the bikes the hotel provides and after some phone calling by the staff this was inmediately arranged! Great service. Little english is spoken (as in all of Caserta) but this is hardly a problem.'

'a fancy looking but outdated hotel. It's a big building good looking on the outside, but the inside is outdated and not well maintained. as well cleaning is done in quick form, no details. The bed was sagging old. The sheets and towels were clean luckily. Breakfast was fresh and well set though. There was one person in the kitchen continuously talking very loud, everyone eating breakfast would just have to listen. All in all, just an easy place for logistical reason, but won't stay there again.'

'I booked this hotel for a short business stay. The general condition of the hotel is poor: outdated and bad maintained. Breakfast was very limited and all pre-packed: nothing fresh to be found. Dinner I have not been able to try since restaurant had such limited choice that I didn't want to try it. Certainly not worth another reservation.'

"We were very impressed with the housekeeping staff who cleaned our room at any time of the day and left us with towels, soaps and a very clean bath! We were vety impressed with the efficiency of Francisco the breakfast room attendant. He knew our needs and looked after us with enthusiasm and a big smile. The location was great, too! "
"Wij hebben genoten op deze plek. Maar als je niet van drukte houd dan moet je niet niet zijn. De straat is 24/7 vol met drukte en getoeter van auto’s. Ook zit je niet in het ‘mooie’ stukje van Napels maar wij vonden het wel gezellig. Voor het hotel, de badkamer was niet echt top, het water blijft niet in de douche en gaat heel de badkamer door en wij zaten een kamer naar het kantoor waardoor je om 6 uur in de ochtend soms al wekker werd daar door. Verder prima "

Metro naar de stad, treinen naar Pompeij en Sorrento en de Alibus naar de luchthaven zijn letterlijk op loopafstand. Kortom, een topverblijf!!"

"Goede service en jong Engels sprekend personeel waarvan 1 ook heel vloeiend Nederlands sprak. Bij hem kon ik terecht toen ik van een matras last van mijn rug kreeg. Ik kreeg een nieuwe kamer met een veel steviger matras, wat mijn voorkeur heeft! Ook kon hij voor mij minder sterke koffie maken ipv de sterke standaard sterke koffie.
Ik was wel verrast dat de omgeving rond centraal station zo druk was, dus veel lawaai maar helaas ook veel daklozen, pijnlijk om te zien en veel mannen op straat hangen.
Maar er waren veel winkels in de omgeving en alles was makkelijk bereikbaar met de metro."

"Mooi hotel, grote kamers, lekker ontbijt (mochten wat meer groenten beschikbaar zijn), supervriendelijk personeel. Geen wifi verbinding mogelijk op de kamer. Tweemaal receptie gecontacteerd, geen verbetering. Geen internationale TV zenders. Misschien zijn die er wel, maar heb het na de 65 ste Italiaanse zender opgegeven 😬. Douche is ofwel brandend heet, ofwel ijskoud. Geen thermostaat ( zoveel verspilling van water met het wachten op de juiste temperatuur die nooit komt). De matrassen waren heel oncomfortabel en s nachts veel lawaai van de straat. Het hotel is gelegen in een louche stationsbuurt. Acceptabel hotel wanneer je de ongemakken erbij neemt. "
