Located in Saint-Augustin-sur-Mer (17), a few minutes from the beaches of Saint-Palais and the Golf de Royan, villa n° 15 offers:
-4 Bedrooms
-Living room with kitchen + a sofa bed for 2 (160cm)
-4 bathrooms and 5WC.
Total sleeps: 10 pers.
- Electric car charger (Phase 2)

Heated pool (8m*4m) (wintering from late September to Easter). Hot tub on the terrace (€75 option). Enclosed private garden.
Other things to note
The pool is heated from Easter until the end of September. The heating setpoint is 28 degrees. Accuracy for the month of April / depending on the weather: we cannot guarantee that the water will reach 28 degrees if the temperatures are cool at night.

Linen is not provided but is possible as an option.

-Jacuzzi: 75€/stay
- Baby high chair: €25/week
- Folding bed: €25/week
- Welcome basket (coffee, tea, milk, 2 bottles of wine, jam, soap, etc.): €35

We offer a concierge service to provide you with services such as: private chef, massage, hairdresser, institute care, childcare, organization of your activities, wine visit and tasting etc. (quote on request).

Security deposit check (€500) to be delivered upon arrival (not cashed and returned within 8 days of your departure) + signing of a rental agreement.

RESIDENTIAL ENVIRONMENT - the house is not suitable for festive weekends.
