Built at the beginning of the last century, the villa impresses with its charm and particular architectural style typical of the seaside villas of the era. The house has undergone a thorough renovation which already makes it a very comfortable villa.



The house comprises on the ground floor an independent kitchen equipped with gas hobs (new kitchen from 1st May 2025), a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven, a filter coffee maker, a gain coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and all necessary kitchen equipment. Two twin lounges connect to the dining room which gives access to the terrace. A bedroom and a bathroom with WC complete this level. The upper floor has three double bedrooms, two of which have a bathroom, then a master suite with en-suite bathroom and WC.

At your disposal are a hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board and childcare equipment (cot, changing table, crockery, bouncer)

You will have four private parking spaces in the grounds.

Household linen (including bath mats and tea towels), bed preparation and cleaning during your stay are not included in the service. Bed linen will not be changed during your stay.
