The terrace is located on the ground floor, and is secluded and peaceful. It is fenced off and can be accessed directly from the living room. It has garden furniture, a parasol, two sun loungers and a barbecue. It is well exposed to the sun.Accommodation for your seaside holidays, available for 6 people in a recent 70 m2 3-room flat on the ground floor with no upper floor, with 2 separate bedrooms, very bright and spacious with a large living room, a fully-equipped kitchen area with all modern comforts and functions, Wi-Fi Internet, flat-screen TV, intercom, carefully decorated in SEA AND NATURE style with a large 60 m² wooden terrace outside and a parking space.

On the dining side, the house has a fully-equipped kitchen area with table and chairs, tablecloths, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, oven, extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, crockery, pressure cooker, kitchen utensils, cutlery, salad bowls, pots and pans, oyster opener, crab and shellfish tongs, hoover, iron and ironing board, clothes line.

In terms of comfort and relaxation, the living room is spacious and very bright, with access to the large terrace. It is furnished with: 1 kubu rattan sofa, 2 rattan armchairs, exotic wood coffee table, colour flat-screen TV with DTT, WI-FI Internet access.

In terms of sleeping arrangements and capacity, you can choose to stay for 2, 4 or 6 people in two separate bedrooms comprising: - a 1st bedroom with a double bed for 2 people (140x190) and 2 single bunk beds 90x190 (2 x 1 person) in white pine, - a 2nd bedroom with 2 single bunk beds 90x190 (2 x 1 person) in natural pine.
The bathroom is equipped with a bath with variable-jet shower head, washbasin, 3 towel rails, vanity unit with shelves, toiletries holder and electric towel dryer. For your comfort, all rooms are heated by electric convector heaters, so that you can enjoy your holiday in all seasons. To store your bicycles, pushchairs or other items, access to a communal room is available (on request). There is a car park outside. The residence entrance is equipped with intercoms.The large sandy beach of l'Océan, bordered by wooded dunes with a children's beach club, is approximately 200 m from the accommodation. The centre, with its restaurants, casino, market, entertainment, shops and supermarkets, is around 350 m away. During the summer months, the resort organises its "Côté Mer" summer festival, which features a wide range of entertainment, shows and street art, not forgetting its major International Pyrotechnics Festival in August, which attracts huge crowds every year.

It's also a great place for nature lovers, with numerous hiking trails (sentier des douaniers), kilometres of cycle paths (VélOcéan), horse-riding trails through the pine forest with its wooded dunes, coves and long beaches at the Ocean and the Pines.

It's also a great place for water sports enthusiasts (sailing, catamarans, surfing, kite surfing, speed sailing, sand yachting, windsurfing and kayaking), with over 8 km of fine sandy beaches and wide open spaces.
