Villa Emeraude, Sublime maison à St Briac

Agence Cocoonr offers this 130 m² wooden house with all modern conveniences. It is bright, warm and cosy, with a lovely 50 m² wooden terrace and a small garden planted with trees. The garden is enclosed (closed by gates and a manual gate).
There is ample parking for one car.

The house is particularly comfortable, with perfect insulation making it just as pleasant in summer as it is in winter. It is also ideally located, within easy reach of 2 beaches (100 metres): Plage du Béchet and La Salinette. You can go for a walk in the grounds of the Château du Nessay and even eat there or enjoy their beautiful sea-view terrace. You can also enjoy wonderful walks along the GR34, which winds its way between the famous Dinard golf course. For the record, the house, renovated in 2014, was the last carpenter's workshop in Saint-Briac-Sur-Mer, hence its particular shape, which gives it all its charm.

The accommodation comprises:

- A fully-equipped kitchen with dining table.
- One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Two bedrooms with a double bed (140x190)
- One bedroom with a pull-out bed (sleeps 2)
- A ground floor bathroom with shower cubicle and WC
- Another bathroom with bath and double washbasin.
- A separate WC downstairs and another separate WC upstairs.

Outside:
- A large wooden terrace with garden furniture (table, chairs and deckchairs).

Location:
Saint-Briac-Sur-Mer is a charming seaside village. You can do everything on foot! The town centre is 1.5 kilometres from Villa Emeraude. You'll find shops such as a chemist's, the local bar, bakeries and a fishmonger's, and the market is held on Fridays.
Also just 800 metres from the house is "La Houle", with its bakery, bars and restaurants. Our favourite: "La Table du Béchet".

The GR34 is accessible from La Salinette beach, where you can enjoy wonderful walks and admire the sea.
For children, there's the Goélands club on La Salinette beach (booking required and open only in summer).
Dinard is 10 kilometres away.
