Luxurious villa with a pool, close to the beaches and the harbor.

This villa has a very good location as it is only a 5-minute walk from the Port, the beach, shops and entertainment. It is very well equipped, on one level and quiet. You will have 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. There is also a mezzanine with a double bed. Outside you will enjoy a large relaxation area with a private pool as well as a large outdoor lounge.
Two of the bedrooms have their own bathroom.
There is a third bathroom for the third bedroom and the occupants of the mezzanine.
The entire accommodations are at your disposal apart from two large cupboards in the garage/laundry room in which we store our personal belongings. There are cupboards in each room that will allow you to store your own belongings during your stay.
In case of help during your stay, we are very responsive either on the messaging system or directly on our mobile phones. In case of problems, our neighbor can intervene. The latter comes every 2-3 days after your agreement to clean the pool, water the plants and sweep the terrace. As a result, you spend your entire stay enjoying your holiday.
Access to the pool is strictly forbidden to children not accompanied by an adult. Swimming is the exclusive responsibility of parents/guardians. Please make sure to reactivate the alarm after each swim.
