The accommodation: Come and enjoy your holiday in this ideally located apartment opposite Les Lecques beach, just 100m away. On the first and top floor of this intimate residence, you will find a living room furnished with a TV and sofa. This space opens onto the terrace, perfect for sunbathing or enjoying lunch with the family!

There are two bedrooms with double beds, one of which has access to the terrace.

You will also find a charming bathroom with a shower and a single vanity. The toilet is adjacent.

The mezzanine is equipped with a sleeping area with a double bed and a single bed, but the apartment accommodates up to four people.

Closets are available for storing your belongings, and you will also find storage space in the storage beds.

Parking:
You have the option of parking your vehicle in a private space.

Amenities:
The apartment includes a washing machine, a dishwasher, and an outdoor area with a table and chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: oven, refrigerator/freezer, induction cooktop, toaster, microwave, Senseo and Nespresso coffee machines, and a kettle. A vacuum cleaner and a hairdryer are also available.

Bed linens and towels: Available as an optional extra upon request. We offer complete kits including sheets, towels, bath mats, and kitchen towels. Duvets are also available in the apartment if needed (ideal for the off-season).

Cleaning:
This is included in your booking, and a cleaning company will come after your departure.

Pets:
Not allowed out of respect for the neighbors.

Security deposit upon key collection:
A credit card imprint will be requested via Swikly or at the agency reception.
