Magnificent villa for 8 people located in the hills above La Madrague, offering panoramic views of the surrounding hills from the terrace. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and private parking. Bed linen and towels are available as an option upon request through the agency (€45 for a complete double bed set). Lecques beach is 1.5 km away (a 20-minute walk along the beaches and the beautiful coastal path).

The accommodation: For your holidays, we offer this charming, air-conditioned villa, ideal for a vacation with family or friends.

On the ground floor, you will find a large and bright living room with an open-plan kitchen, all with direct access to the terrace and its barbecue area.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with double beds and a shower room. An independent studio with a double bed provides additional sleeping accommodations. The studio has an adjoining bathroom.

Just steps from the first three bedrooms, you'll find a very spacious shower room with a washbasin.

Outside, there's a large terrace furnished with several sun loungers, a table in a shaded area perfect for al fresco dining, and a swimming pool.

Don't worry, access to the pool is secure!

Please note that there are several steps in the house, so it's not suitable for people with mobility issues.

Parking: There's space to park two vehicles in front, and additional free parking is available within the complex.

Amenities: An outdoor barbecue, microwave, refrigerator, large freezer, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker are provided; sufficient crockery and cooking utensils are available for 8 people. A washing machine is also provided.

The surroundings: La Madrague, located in the southwest of the Var region, very close to the Mediterranean Sea, is a district of Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, a charming hilltop Provençal village that has retained all its authenticity. In the distance, the Sainte-Baume mountain range and the Bay of La Ciotat with its iconic Bec de l'Aigle (Eagle's Beak) rock formation can be seen.

Sheets and bath towels: Available as an optional extra, with a price quote depending on the number of beds.

Cleaning: This is included in your reservation, and a cleaning company will come after your departure.

Pets: Not allowed out of respect for the neighbors.

Security deposit upon key collection: A credit card imprint will be taken at the agency reception.

The amount is equal to one week's rental.
