A place designed with the heart, to create real memories. ⛔️PARTIES AND EVENTS FORBIDDEN Villa⛔️ rules To preserve the quality of the place and the tranquility of the neighborhood: – Parties, parties and events (private or public) are strictly prohibited. – Pets are not allowed in the villa. – Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the accommodation. – Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. – The use of the facilities is reserved exclusively for the people declared in the reservation. Safety and responsibility – An identity document will be requested for each traveller. – Vehicle license plates must be communicated. – The use of the swimming pool is under the full responsibility of the occupants; children must be supervised at all times. – Please ensure that access is locked and that electrical appliances are switched off when you are away. – Any damage observed will be charged. Departure is scheduled before 11 am, unless previously agreed. An inventory of fixtures will be carried out at the end of the stay.
