Prachtig onderhouden kasteeltje met mooie kamers en een gastheer, Stéphane, met aanstekelijk veel plezier in zijn werk. Hij leidt de gasten rond en vertelt wat over de geschiedenis van het kasteeltje.

We stayed at the Chateau for three days and loved every minute of it! Stephan and Layla were so friendly and helpful, including making dinner reservations for us for two nights of our stay. We ate dinner at the house one of our nights there and it was a wildly delicious meal (including such a beautiful vegetarian meal for me), as were all of our breakfasts. The property is so beautiful and has a gorgeous view, plus the pool was a lifesaver during a hot summer visit. I’d recommend Château La Thuiliére to anyone!

Another wonderful stay
We have stayed at the Chateau La Thuiliere three times now and we have had an amazing time on each visit. The Chateau is truly beautiful and the interior/rooms are really stylish as are the external areas....an amazing pool and gardens. We also love the food experience that Leyla creates (simply amazing!) and Stephan is so welcoming and helpful. We will definitely return again!!

Hôtel très agréable, les propriétaires sont très accueillants et sympathiques. Petit déjeuner délicieux. Petite remarque sir le bruit quand on a le sommeil léger car il s’agit d’une vieille bâtisse donc le parquet grince et les portes font du bruit donc on peut être réveillé le matin mais cela n’a pas gâché ce très bon moment dans ce magnifique endroit.

A perfect 10
Not very often do I walk into an establishment and find myself having requested an additional night at the property before I've even opened my case. From the moment we drove into the property we were in love. Absolutely fantastic service, brilliant dining experience, and all packaged in a wonderful chateau that will have you coming back time and time again. We cannot wait to come back and see Stephan and Leila, who already feel more like friends after only one visit.

Awesome place, delicious food and wine
An awesome stay in a lovely authentic chateau near Bergerac. The place was immaculate, great pool and outdoor area and the food was absolutely devine, a real treat. The service was brilliant and Stephan could not have been more helpful and welcoming. Would love to go back someday

Chic chateau
Owners Stefan and Laila dedicate themselves to this magnificent historical chateau originally from 14th century. The furnishings are chic throughout the entire chateau. The grounds are massive for great walk and the pool is stunning. Must try Laila’s home cooked meal in the dining room with other guests. Morning breakfasts are served in the designer kitchen downstairs. A true piece of heaven.

We really enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer! It was a wonderful place to relax, and the grounds and food were wonderful. Our host was helpful and warm. (My only criticism was that the honesty bar was too expensive - we would have used it more if it was cheaper!) Regardless, highly recommended and the building and fixtures themselves are worth it!

1. mein navi führte uns zu einem Campinglatz ca 20 KM entfernt. Da das schon öfters vorkam wurden wir sehr kompetent zur richtigen Adresse geleitet. 2. Nur kleines schild rechts am weg! Das sollte verbessert werden. 3. Empfang wie bei Freunden. 4. Tolles liebevolles 5. Gastgeberpaar mit hilfsbereiter Tochter 5. Wir bekammen leckeren imbiß. 6. Einfach ein Tolles Haus mit genialem Garten 7. Wir kommen wieder!

Of all our many visits, this is, without a doubt, the best place we have ever stayed in France. Stefan and Leila are incredibly warm and gracious hosts. The Château is beautiful, the accommodations very comfortable, and the breakfasts and dinners are wonderful. We definitely hope to return in the near future and recommend the Chateau La Thuliere most enthusiastically.

Spectacular boutique experience
If you are reading this, you couldn't believe the 4.9 rating just like us but boy, it lives up to a 5 in our books. Quaint rooms, delightful staff on hand, gorgeous grounds and breakfast - just a complete retreat in every way. Spent an afternoon or two near the pool by the greenhouse - there are so few guests here at once it is easy to feel like you own the place.

The Wonders of France
Five days of excellence in the French countryside near Bergerac. The staff was friendly and very helpful to recommend day trips for wine tastings, scenic spots for photography, and answering other general inquiries. The accommodations were very comfortable, but the gourmet food puts this place into the stratosphere.

Great place an value for money.
Fantastic chateau and very helpfull staff/host. Delicious dinner served (has to be booked one day in advance). Our room was large and fredh, renovated with a modern touch to the old style. Pool was clean but a bit cold as it is not heated. Breakfast was also superb. Perfect place to relax!

Lovely Hotel!
gorgeous hotel and lovely service... The honesty bar and drinks cabinet were a great touch - I'm pregnant so would LOVE to go back when I'm not to really enjoy it! The food was superb and the breakfast delicious. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel intimiste du moins a cette saison mais c'est une parenthèse relaxante, l'accueil est parfait, le service impeccable. Le diner et le petit déjeuner étaient en accord, produits frais et bien cuisines. Le petit déjeuner servi dans la cuisine est très sympathique. Seul le parking n'est pas génial.

Un domaine que l ' on ne peut oublier ! le château est digne d' un roman d' Agatha ...( pour ce qui concerne le décor mais a priori sans énigme à résoudre! ) l ' accueil est personnalisé et de qualité ; le repas du soir est raffiné ... les chambres spacieuses et très confortables ... grand parc pour ceux qui auront le privilège de venir s' y reposer ... et le must pour ce qui me concerne ..le petit déjeuner dans les cuisines du château au sous sol ! avec entre autres pains frais et croissants conçus le matin même ... Si l 'occasion se représente , je ferai même un gros détour pour y retourner ...

Accueil très chaleureux, chambre confortable et décorée avec goût. Seul petit bémol, le parquet de l'étage des chambre est un peu bruyant. Dîner ma foi très correct, belle carte de vins régionaux et service attentionné.

Best little chateau in France
This is the perfect getaway. The castle is gorgeous, the interior is wonderfully decorated, the owner will make you feel perfectly at home. The pool is very nice, the meals are exquisite (including the breakfast which is served in the small kitchen). Book it - now!
