A vacation home combining charm and modernity, located on the east coast of the island of Oléron near Boyardville, in the village of Saint-Georges-d'Oléron in the hamlet of La Gibertière. It is a single-story home on an enclosed lot with a terrace (110 m² of outdoor space). This house is located near La Gautrelle Beach and the forest, and is accessible by bike or on foot. It is 3 km from Saint-Pierre-d’Oléron, where you can enjoy local shops and activities.

This comfortable home is equipped with: - A fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, as well as small appliances and dish towels provided. - Living room with TV - Dining room combining comfort and privacy - Bathroom (walk-in shower + single-bowl sink), shower mat provided + hair dryer + laundry area (clothesline and laundry basket) - Separate toilet + sink with guest towels provided - 1 master bedroom with 1 bed (160x190 cm) and a closet with access to the terrace (duvet 220x240 cm and 2 pillows 60x60 cm), - 1 bedroom with 2 beds (90x190 cm each) and a closet; window overlooking a private alley (200x200 cm comforters and 60x60 cm pillows). Beds include mattress protectors, comforters, and pillows. - Terrace with patio furniture, lounge chairs, and a plancha grill - Outbuilding for storing bicycles and surfboards - Alleyway with an outdoor water spigot for rinsing off after walks and beach trips and rinsing equipment - Private parking for 1 vehicle - No pets allowed - Non-smoking area - Sheets, towels, and household linens not provided. Weekly rate ranging from 440 euros to 950 euros, excluding the cleaning fee - Rentals from Saturday to Saturday - Rentals available for a minimum of two nights; contact us for rates. Cleaning fee is 50 euros. Sheet rental: 15 euros per child’s bed and 20 euros per adult bed (includes fitted sheet and duvet cover). Security deposit: 550 euros. Reservations can only be made by phone or email; the contract will be sent via email within 1 to 2 weeks. The contract must be completed and returned along with proof of insurance, and a 30% deposit must be paid to confirm the reservation. The balance is due 3 weeks before arrival. Upon receipt of the contract and the deposit, a confirmation will be sent to you along with a copy of the signed contract.
