From the entrance, the studio welcomes you with an organization designed for your comfort. On your right, you will discover a spacious bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet. On the left, a beautiful fully equipped open kitchen (electric stove and all necessary kitchen equipment) will allow you to prepare your meals independently.



The living area consists of a dining corner with a nice table for 4 people and a cozy living room equipped with a television and a double sofa bed (140 x 190). Cleverly arranged facing the sofa, you have a bedroom corner closed off by a curtain featuring a bunk bed made up of two single beds (90 x 190), thus offering a well-defined sleeping area.



The highlight of the show is at the end of the room: a loggia furnished with garden furniture, offering on its left a very beautiful view of the ocean. For a hassle-free stay, a private parking space within the residence is reserved for you.
