The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave) and allows you to cook as you would at home. For your breakfasts, you will find a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker as well as an L'OR Barista capsule machine. Share your meals around the dining table for 4 people or enjoy the one on the balcony on sunny days. In the evening, gather in the lounge area, comfortably settled on the sofa facing the ocean.



The accommodation includes two sleeping areas: a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a storage cupboard located in the hallway, as well as a sofa bed (160x200) for two people in the living room.



The bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the toilet is separate for added comfort.



A washing machine that can also dry clothes, a baby cot, a high chair, an iron and an ironing board are also at your disposal.



A dedicated parking space is included in the secure garage of the residence.
