'I really loved staying at this establishment. The service is top tier and the lodgings are excellent. In addition, I want to share that I had the misfortune to become ill halfway into my stay and Marta and her colleagues treated me with the upmost care. I was traveling alone so their exceptional care really meant a lot to me both physically and emotionally. I will definitely be returning to this hotel the next time I travel to Montreal. Not really a hotel. There’s an attendant to greet you, help with check in, hand out towels, etc. do not expect other services. Craftsmanship within the unit is shoddy. Ie tried to turn off the AC with the remote on the wall, it was fastened into drywall without anchors so it fell to the ground, same with some towel bars. Expect the Bare minimum. We never received the check-in instructions, and when we arrived, there was absolutely no one available to assist us. We tried every possible way to reach the property — phone calls, emails, and text messages — but received no response.

'Was a lovely place. Everything was digital (entrance doors, room) and since we booked through Expedia, we were unable to access the messages that explained check in. We were lucky that friends of ours checked in earlier and gave us the number to call to get access codes. Room was clean and beds were very comfy. Had ear plugs and a noise machine that were appreciated. Location was great, very walkable, but finding the place was a bit of a challenge…better signage for the hotel and parking...
